Describe what happened
When preparing your message, remember: Describe the actions leading to the problem, the result you expected and the result you saw. Keep the sequence in the order it happened. Mention whether you started a fresh round or continued one. Review the message before pressing Send.
Keep private details out
Before you submit, read this. Do not send passwords, PINs, payment information or sensitive personal details. A game report normally needs only the page, device and sequence of actions. Remove private information from any description you copy. Use a separate sentence for each step when that helps.
